First off, let’s make sure you have some projects set up. If you don’t have one created already, don’t worry because you can do it straight from the timer
To get to the timer, tap on the Time Tracking icon on the main page of the app
Then, tap on the green + sign on the upper right of screen to start a new timer.
To select a project from the timer, click on the "Choose Project & Task" option
If you already have a project created, you will see it on this page and you can then select the task. If you need to create a new project, tap on the green + button on the upper right of the page.

Once a project and task has been selected, you can start tracking time!
You can track time by using the app's timer, or by manually entering your hours in. To start the timer, just hit the play button in the middle of the screen. Once you are done tracking time, just hit the button again to pause the timer and then tap the green "Save" button on the upper right of the screen to submit the time to your timesheet
If you just want to enter time that you have already done but have not logged, just tap on the timer bar and you can then use the scroll wheel to say that you worked x hours and y minutes. Just tap the green "Done" button and then the green "Save" button to submit the time to your FreshBooks account
