Version History: Estimates and Invoices
The ability for an Admin (not client) to view previous versions of a saved / sent Estimate or Invoice (if it was edited).

That's a neat idea. I'll definitely add it to our feature request list, but just so you don't get your hopes too high, this isn't something that's in very high demand. However, if more users ask for it in the future, we'd certainly consider adding it.
