Home Page Recent Activity Question
On my FB homepage Recent Activity I am seeing something confusing:
After I create a new client -- and choose to have their Login Credentials sent -- there is no activity entry on the homepage.
But after creating an invoice for the client (in these cases, just a few minutes after creating each new client), there IS a recent activity entry on the homepage.
BUT, as you can see in the below screenshot, upon sending the actual invoice, the homepage recent activity now shows TWO entries for each client -- one for the sending of the Welcome/Login credentials email (I think), and one for the invoice email.
But BOTH are listed with the invoice number. Why is that? Have they now been sent TWO invoices?

Hey there kenfeldman! Welcome to the FreshBooks forum!
Rest assure that the invoice is only been sent once. It looks like we've forgot to get rid of the "and sent" part of the sentence! It should say "Created for Allen", and then "Sent to Allen", not "Created and Sent".
You can double check the number of invoices you've sent to your client by going to "Clients" --> "Sent Emails", there should only be one for each of those invoices!
Hope this clears up a few things, our developers will definitely fix the wording so it does not spread confusion in the future!

Oh okay, so both messages ARE about the invoice itself; one for the creation of, and one for the sending of, the invoice.
What you're saying is that if I create an invoice (and/or create then save as draft) it should be noted in the recent activity as "Created" -- and when I actually send it, it's noted as "sent."
