Firefox blank dialog

I have a blank dialog box when I try to manually send a client invoice with email. It works fine when I switch to IE8.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090824 Firefox/3.5.3

As seen in the UserAgent string above, Win7 x64.

Re: Firefox blank dialog

Hey Brandon,

Can you try starting Firefox in safe mode for me? Either that, disable all of your add-ons and then see if the problem still exists. I have a feeling something in the add-ons is interfering with FreshBooks.

Give that a try and let me know how it goes!

Cheers! smile

Re: Firefox blank dialog

Hmm...

Started it in safemode and it's still happening. If you want, I can zip up my firefox user profile and email it to you in hopes of reproducing this issue. It's 12MB.

Re: Firefox blank dialog

Hey Brandon,

I forgot to mention this in my other post (d'oh!), sorry! But could you also clear the cache for me? I'm also thinking that it could be a corrupted java script in cache that's preventing the box from loading.

After you clear the cache, try sending an invoice in safe mode, and if that works, then the regular firefox with the add-ons intact.

Thanks Brandon, Let me know how it goes!

Re: Firefox blank dialog

I cleared the history and the cache. Re-entered safe mode and it still displays the blank dialog.

I tried on another machine here with a fresh copy of XP SP3 (x86) and the same Firefox 3.5.3 build. It works on the XP machine.

Re: Firefox blank dialog

Thanks for the chat on the phone Brandon!

Let me know if upgrading to the latest version of firefox helped! Other then that, it looks like something specific with regards to Firefox on that machine isn't quite working out. hmm
