Tonight I just re-launched a website of mine under a slightly different name, ZEUS web works (http://www.zeuswebworks.com/ (nameservers are still updating when I write this)).

Heres one for anyone who needs to research what people are searching for on the search engines.
It's the Keyword Suggestion Tool from digitalpoint.
http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/
I use it, along with Yahoo's Keyword Assistant

Also, another great site for search engine optimisation articles and forum is:
www.highrankings.com
Hope these help someone out there!

Hi Matt,
Welcome to our forum and good luck with your website.
Here are some forum tips for you and any of our other new users:
If you want add a link to your posts, such as your website you can use bbcode. Simple use of bbcode involves adding [ url ]to the beginning of a link and[ /url ] to the end of the link.
Example:
[ url ]+ http://www.freshbooks.com +[ /url ] = http://www.freshbooks.com
Note: Please remove the spaces inside the square brackets.
Another helpful tip would be to avoid posting your full email address. In your case, I recommend posting your email address as goreck[at]mt.net or goreck @ mt.net.
This helps avoid spammers from picking up your email address.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,

Hola, Chào, Hallo
Well, I thought it appropriate to say hello, being the 100th registered user. Like Slayer I have that AA/NA introduction feeling, hopefully Bob Saget won’t stand up and put me in my place. Anyhoo, similarly to many folks here I am taking that giant leap into the unknown. You know the leap where you become a self-made millionaire.
I came to FreshBooks because my little company Nicabar, Inc. is undergoing some serious plastic surgery and I'm hopeful that Freshbooks is going to make recovery easy breezy. So far I love the service, and the name change. (wasn’t much into a clairvoyant running my books)
Thanks for the time you wasted reading this, and I look forward to seeing everyone around the coffee machine.
Nicabar

Hello!
I just started using the freshbooks tool and I can't believe I did not discover it sooner!
It is sooo powerful. I initially just wanted the online invoicing feature, however after using it for a couple of days, I discovered the project tracking tool and that in itself is worth the monthly fee for 100 clients that I am paying for!
Anyway, I live in Oakville, Ontario, Canada and focus on database development for the creation of dynamic database driven websites such as online shopping carts, real-time scheduling (for example, gyms, training centers that have classes and allow their students to book for classes online), newsletter creation etc.
I also provide world class hosting services on both the Windows and Linux platform.
We also create static websites with elements of flash.
Let me know if anyone needs help with anything!
Regards,
Hameed Bhatti

Bien Vienue!
I'm Dan and I'm a webaholic.![]()
I've been running my own web design, web hosting, and "all things computery" shop for a while now (er... 7 years? 8? hrm)
I used to (well, currently, but still phasing FB in) use Quicken and ModernBill for my billing stuff. Neither worked well. Both had more "features" than I needed. I couldn't do everything I wanted from only one of them.
Then along came Fresh Books.
Ahhhhh!
At last something slick and simple... and now I can ditch both tools.
Oh, and one thing: For those who think that FB is missing some project management tools, you might want to consider Basecamp. It is a very nice and complementary online tool to FB. There are some feature overlap, but mostly BC is to client-project-management what FB is to client-account-management (at least for me).
The beauty is that I was paying too much for BC just to have their time tracking feature. So with FB, I can downgrade my BC account and the savings pretty much covers the FB costs. Wahoo!
Anyway, anyone needing some good hosting or tech-hacking, drop me a line!

My name is Rick Baskett and I am a web developer (PHP and MySQL) and have been in business for the last 10 years or so. I am also actively involved in working or I should say, consulting for an eCommerce cart called eShox http://www.eshox.com which if you want a nice feature rich eCommerce cart, you should take a look at them. eShox 4 is almost out which will solve most of the problems with 3, plus it works well with Rapidweaver for OS X users.
I have also started a hosting company which has been in business for about 1.5 years now and is going strong, which is surprising since I still do not have a website up for any of my businesses yet *laugh*
Anyways nice to meet you all!
Rick

New to the forum, but I've been using Freshbooks for a few months. I'm very happy with it. I am a freelance web designer/front-end developer in North Carolina. I was thrilled to find an invoicing web app that also helped me keep track of hours. Kudos to the Freshbooks team!

Wow nice list there Military, thanks! I took a look at your basecamp.com url and Im not sure it's the url you meant to post...
Offline
Right you are it should be http://www.basecamphq.com/ They make enough money now though they should buy their rightful domain name.

I had a look at the list, thanks for putting them up.

One other mistake and that should have been http://www.DabbleDB.com but I'm sure that was obvious.

Do you have your own website, Military?

I really like your dropdown menus, very sharp. I don't see any webhosting stuff on that site though...?

Wow, that really looks like wide - wide scope that you're into. You're definitely a jack of all trades type deal.

Our hosting site is different, but we mainly do hosting and other business services to help serve our needs or for other business ventures we are involved with. We also provide custom solutions for business contacts we meet on the side as they need help.
