We'd like to know more about you, your business, and how FreshBooks is working for you. One of the ways we do this is by talking with you and asking you a set of questions.

This is how it works:

1. Email (kathy [at] freshbooks dot com) or call me (416.481.6946) to arrange a day and time that is good for you to go through the questions. Please have your time zone handy (we are Eastern Time - same as New York). Calls usually last no more than 45 minutes (sometimes more, sometimes less, it depends how chatty we get!).

2. We have a set list of interview questions - you can see them in the next post ("FreshBook case study interview questions").

3. I take notes as we go through the questions. After our call, I will send you a copy of the notes that you can go through and amend if needed.

4. Send the notes back to me, along with a picture of you and a logo for your company.

5. I will post the approved interview in the forum, and may use quotes from the interview, your picture and/or logo on the FreshBooks site.

We like to talk to our users. It's fun, more personal, we get to know you better, and that helps us make FreshBooks better. If you're phone-a-phobic (and I understand), then please - download the questions, fill in your answers, and send them back to me.
