API Integration - Customize Freshbooks

While most of you know, a small group of us have been working with Cory at Becker Web Solutions.

I personally want to say that he has performed an excellent job, with a quick turnaround at decent group pricing.

We have completed the first project which is basically a client enrollment, where clients can create their freshbooks account themselves - it sends notifications to them and to the administrative contact in your freshbooks account. Cory has also customized my "welcome email" to my clients, so this is hardly a standard solution, he can customize to suit the organization.

Anyone can view my implemented enrollment here:
http://iacprofessionals.com/client_enrollment.php

Currently we are working with Cory to bring even further API integrations and are welcoming comments and suggestions on anything that anyone is interested in.

His prices are average in the industry, but with multiple individuals the per person cost is EXTREMELY LOW!

One current item we are working on is an external time sheet API and would like to know if anyone has interest in participating in this as well.

I will invite Cory to post the specifics.

Thank you,

Heather

Re: API Integration - Customize Freshbooks

Hi Everyone,

Here is what will be included in the time sheet application:

- Two levels of accounts - Managers and Employees

- Employees may either create a project or may be assigned projects by managers (may be set in the preferences)

-Employees log hours either by manually entering hours spent on a project or by “clocking in / clocking out” (an employee will login to this system and click a “clock in” button for a task - when completed, the employee will log back into the system and “clock out”)

-Managers may elect to approve hours (hours recorded by employees are marked as
“Pending” until a manager approves them - then they’re marked as “Approved”)

-After completing a project, an employee submits the project for review. A manager receives an email notification that the employee has completed work, and must approve the project to be invoiced.

-After approving the project, an invoice will be created in FreshBooks and sent to the client (you may choose to generate the invoice later - it all depends on your requirements)

Please post suggestions or ideas for other API-related projects.

Re: API Integration - Customize Freshbooks

I have had Cory to do a couple of projects for me and I could not have asked for anything more.  He has done an excellent job.

Thanks Cory and keep up the good work.
