There is a very important problem in the user experience. When the user is ready to pay you want to present them with that option immediately - not require them to request an invoice, wait for an email, click a link, and then start the payment process in another browser window on another website. Worse yet, the email may get filtered as spam (at least the first time) which is confusing.

We would be excited to use FreshBooks for manual invoicing and more, but as we do significant volume online we don't want to force users to go through these extra steps.

Why not integrate with Wufoo like the other systems, so that the user stays in the Wufoo experience through payment, with an option to simply email a copy of the invoice (or better yet a receipt) for the transaction?

That is a far better user experience and thus preferable from a business perspective - less likely people will abandon due to an arduous process, or simply get confused (ex. not receive an email as noted above).

Make this update and you'll earn at least one more customer. Probably many more who won't balk at this kind of integration (or the fact that they'd otherwise have to do it themselves if possible).

AWESOME!
I was just scratching my head trying to figure out how I was going to do this and save time. I haven't tested this integration yet but I am very excited. Thank you Freshbooks!
