We use the service via an API and find the company to be highly arrogant towards their customers. We don't want to move because of the investment we made in the interface, but they are simply unreliable.

For example, there was no warning about their new release which resulted in our interface to not work correctly, and our customers not able to use electronic signatures.

As for their customer service, they seem to more concerned about telling you they are nice as opposed to actually answering the phone and solving problems and they do not offer 7x24 support.

Greatly disappointed in this company.

Mobile signing apps are pretty horrible, but these guys finally figured it out. You fill out the document, which is impossible to read on the iPhone, on your normal comp and when you are ready to sign you use the iPhone to draw your signature and it traces it to your computer screen. Definitely approve

We have it hooked up to Freshbooks and Xero. Awesome tool. One complaint is that you can't delete signed documents.

Love RightSignature but the integration is pretty basic. It just makes it so you dont have to download estimates before sending on RightSignature. Cool that the signatures are sent back to freshbooks and signing literally takes 30 seconds.

Cheesy company slogans annoy me but Rightsignature actually is the "easiest way to get documents signed". Switched from docusign because their support SUCKS. Wish I could send invoices from my Freshbooks account, but signing a document is much more straight forward.

Can't tell you how many times a fax machine held up my deals. This app takes faxes completely out of the equation, but some clients still aren't comfortable signing on a computer. Any ideas on how to bring clients into the 21st century??

Good stuff guys. This is the type of functionality that people actually need and it's refreshing to see that at least one integration works and actually saves me time. Clients really do sign estimates in record time.

RightSignature lets you sign on iPad too. Impresses clients when I present estimate on the iPad. There's a trick to making this work, though. You have to send yourself the document to sign, then click the email link on your iPad.

Getting my estimates signed is incredibly easy with this integration. The estimate status in Freshbooks even updates to "approved" once the document is signed, great!

I have a client that has to sign off on my invoices before her accounting department will make payment. This integration collects her signature online in a few minutes. This used to be a hassle at the end of every month. Now it's a non-issue. Also using RightSignature separately to have new clients sign contracts now, very convenient.

Great product. The only flaw is lack of full Google Apps for Business integration. It needs to be integrated into Google Apps for Business. They are seriously missing out on a multi-million user opportunity by not having full integration.

The integration between Freshbooks and RightSignature is flawless. It has allowed me to send estimates on the fly and get signatures to secure the sale faster than ANY other method I have tried. Two thumbs up for RightSignature's affordability for the small business user and the features that we need to get the job signed off.

This service is great! It saves us bundles when dealing with the occasional chargeback, and makes our accounting a LOT easier, because it imports the data right into Freshbooks. I know we've saved countless hours AND made the freshbooks data more reliable because of this functionality.

RightSignature is such a great app...right up there with the Google search engine...effective and easy to use...now that I can use RightSignature to expedite my Freshbooks invoices, my business is working at litespeed, saving my energy for expanding my business instead of juggling paper...

Very cool. These are the types of integrations that I love to see.

I was able to intuitively send out a FreshBooks doc for signature, and everything worked without a hitch. I've used the Google Docs integration in RightSignature for a while now, and was always hoping for a FreshBooks integration. A pleasant surprise!

+1 FreshBooks. This is on the top of my add-ons list.

I use RightSignature to sign NDAs and SOWs with my customers online, sometimes while we're talking on the phone. Now they solve the problem of getting FreshBooks invoices signed for payment approval. Good stuff.

Sweet! I've been using RightSignature to get my proposals signed for a while now (super simple). Plus I already do all my invoicing thru FreshBooks (so handy). Must be my lucky day now that I can integrate the two into one smooth process—making it even easier on me and my clients. w00t!
