We were able to import our FreshBooks contacts (only the primary ones). If a company has more than one email address associated with it, Relenta only imports one of them.

We set up a webpage to capture leads and automatically import those into Relenta which worked out really well.

We were disappointed with the IMAP access so we could check our Relenta mail on our moble devices: "We currently don't provide IMAP access to emails stored in Relenta, but plan to add this functionality at some point in the future." - http://www.relenta.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=421

I think the engineered solution and the code that makes it work is probably top-shelf.

However, the internal business systems,leave something to be desired: I had several issues regarding illogical trial-account-to-full-account transition. The email support and phone support was slow. I also had issue with Client/Contact sync from FB to Relenta. (I was told that Relenta -> FB is under development). The forum support was above average.

In the end the solution did not work-out for me. For many FB users (once the internal systems are tweaked) Relenta should be a viable option to other light-weight CRM/SFA solutions.
