Receipt Bank

Convert your receipts into data you can use.
Receipt Bank gathers your receipts and invoices, scans them and processes them. Customers can submit their receipts to Receipt Bank by:

• iPhone / Android
• Email-in
• Dropbox
• Direct Upload
• Free postal service*

*UK only

These are converted into accurate data, which can then be exported, downloaded, emailed and published into other software packages.

How it works
Receipt Bank data can be imported into FreshBooks as expenses, which can then be included in your invoices.

Getting Started
Click on the Get Started button above to sign up for your Receipt Bank account. Once your account is setup, take the following steps to turn connect to FreshBooks,

1. Login to your Receipt Bank account.
2. Click on the Account Settings link.
3. In the ‘Integration with Other Software’ section, click on the ‘change’ link.
4. Select FreshBooks and click on the ‘Select’ button.
5. Follow the instructions on Step 2, check off the box when you are complete, and click on the ‘Next’ button.
6. Enter your FreshBooks url and API token and click the ‘Select’ button.
7. Click the ‘Finish’ button to finalize setup.
