You’ve probably got a lot of contacts that you’d like to keep in touch with, but can’t find the time to reach out to all of them. MailChimp helps simplify this process by offering tons of tools that help manage your contacts, build html emails, and track the success of the messages you send out.

How it works

With MailChimp, you can create mailing lists from your FreshBooks clients. The import feature allows you to connect to your FreshBooks account and create lists from your clients. Then use MailChimp to build email campaigns that you can send to your FreshBooks client list.

Getting Started

Click on the Get Started link to sign-up for a MailChimp account. The FreshBooks integration is available for all accounts. Once you have your account, you can connect to your FreshBooks account by taking the following steps:

Login to your MailChimp account.
Click on the lists tab.
On the left side of the screen, click on the orange Create New List.
Fill in the details of your list and click the save button.
Under your new list, click on the import link.
In the import screen, select the FreshBooks button.
Enter your FreshBooks URL and API Authentication Token to complete your setup.

Once you've connected your accounts, you should be able to create a list from your FreshBooks contacts.

I have been using a different newsletters site for almost 2 months and thanks to this great article now I will start using MailChimp. I know it is not the easiest one but it has great features. Now I can send better indirim kuponu to my users.

MailChimp is not only easy to use, but it's actually pretty fun, too. I was completely new to mass emails, and MailChimp was great for walking me through step by step with good designs and professional etiquette. I like the humor that is spread around the site as well.

It could be pretty simple: One MailChimp campaign that goes to clients at the time they are invoiced. Another that goes to them at the time their payment is received.

This marriage is a good idea, but babies just aren't that cute.

The "integration," if I'm fully getting it, just exports a file with all of your contacts' info, then imports that into MailChimp.

I can do the same thing manually without many added steps.

What would be great is some function. I need an automated way to contact my clients at different steps in the deal process.

It could be pretty simple: One MailChimp campaign that goes to clients at the time they are invoiced. Another that goes to them at the time their payment is received.

But you guys are still the best around.

This is a great program for those just starting out or those that have been in business for a long time. It walks you through EVERYTHING and the help section is very user friendly!! I recommend MailChimp to everyone I talk about about online newsletters!!!!Very useful information. I was very pleased. Thanks

Be careful that MailChimp doesn't decide you are spamming your own clients. They canceled an account of mine since they didn't approve of the method that people subscribed to our newsletters. We had a paper sign-up sheet in our community sales office for people to sign up to receive monthly updates on the communities development progress. They felt this was too spammy for them to send our messages to people who subscribed to the list.

I found MailChimp and was very excited after I read about it. I searched and googled and did all the research I needed to do before I decided to go with Mail Chimp. This is a great program for those just starting out or those that have been in business for a long time. It walks you through EVERYTHING and the help section is very user friendly!!
