Chat Directly with Website Visitors
LiveChat lets you chat with visitors on your website. Help answer questions for potential customers as they browse your website, and provide support for returning customers.

How it works
The integration with FreshBooks makes it easy for chat representatives to create invoices for customers on the spot. Customers receive a link to their new invoice through the chat window, and can then visit FreshBooks to enter their payments. LiveChat determines if the customer already exists in FreshBooks, and helps you create a new client if necessary.

Getting Started
To get setup with LiveChat, click the Get Started button above to sign-up for an account. Once your account has been setup, take the following steps to connect FreshBooks and LiveChat.

1. Login to your LiveChat account
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on the Add-ons & Extras section
4. Click the Activate button for FreshBooks
5. Enter your FreshBooks sub-domain and click Save Changes
6. During a LiveChat session, click on the FreshBooks icon to create an invoice
7. You will be asked to enter your API token to finalize setup
