KPI Dashboard

KPI Dashboard goes beyond FreshBooks reporting, it captures trends overtime for all major business metrics related to Invoices, Estimates and Time Spend. KPI Dashboard helps to analyze every day what is going on with your invoices. How long does it take to get our invoices paid? How many of my outstanding invoices have been open longer then 60 days? What are they worth? Is that more or less then 30 days ago? Are we sending more invoices? Are we sending bigger invoices? You can set targets or thresholds to get notified if out of the ordinary events happen. And keep a pulse on getting your bills paid.

Connect your FreshBooks account to your KPI Dashboard account to allow KPI Dashboard to analyse and collect your FreshBooks business metrics every day via the FreshBooks API. KPI Dashboard crunches all the analytics. Login into KPI Dashboard to analyse your business metrics, or simply launch the KPI Dashboard app on your iPhone/iPad to check your daily status.

Click on the Sign up for KPI Dashboard button above to sign-up for a KPI Dashboard account. The FreshBooks widget is available for all accounts. Once you’ve got your account, you can connect KPI Dashboard to FreshBooks by loading and configuring the KPI Dashboard store item for FreshBooks.

Getting Started

1. Login to your KPI Dashboard account.
2. Go to the KPI Dashboard store and select the FreshBooks store item.
3. Follow the steps to install and configure the FreshBooks store item.
4. After configuration KPI Dashboard will automatically analyse your FreshBooks account and collect historic data.
5. Take a look at the analysis of your FreshBooks historic billing data.
6. KPI Dashboard will collect new FreshBooks data every day so you can keep a pulse on getting your bills paid.
