Signed up the day after Christmas and have been trying to upload .csv bank transactions but to no avail. Tried to get a response from their support team for 3 days now and as of this post, no response at all! Probably going to drop this service and request a refund!

I have been trying to use it for about three weeks now. It have NEVER completely worked for me.

There is always a problem importing something ex: a bank account, a credit card or a paypal account. There was one time where it did have all these working but my freshbooks account did not import the money I brought in so it looked like I only had expenses when I looked at the reports.

Bottom line is this software KIND OF works about 1/2 the time and the other half it's causing more trouble and taking more time than it's worth. I'm canceling my service and going back to doing it manually b/c it's far better. There are just to many bugs on in this system. They also say the problem is with the company that's doing the linking from indinero to the bank accounts and credit card accounts and it's that company's fault not theirs. Indinero call this a "hiccup" in their system and it just needs more time to be able to import your accounting numbers. This is unacceptable for a software out of beta to still have contant "hiccups" and in my case on almost a daily basis.

The staff is very helpful and great to work with, it's to bad they are stuck with a product that does not work.

Since I have been using this for three weeks I have never had the software completely work for my paypay, Bank of America bank account, my credit card and my freshbooks account work at the same time.

If you're thinking about this product don't use it, you will waste your time and get more frustrated because it will work just enough to make you think you MIGHT be able to use it then it will constantly fail and you will be stuck doing everything manually.

The FreshBooks integration is fantastic. I practically live in FreshBooks and having everything pulled into inDinero is a HUGE help at the end of the day.

I would strongly recommend inDinero.

InDinero is like Mint.com for our business. One of the features I love is the filters you can setup so new transaction get automatically categorized correctly. This is great for us when we are running a Facebook ads campaign and have lots of similar transactions.

Great program - very easy to use and manage. I'm used to Quickbooks so it felt a little hampered, but I realize it's supposed to be simple and easy.

It'd be nice to have a printable version of the P&L and other reports, but I'm sure that's in the works.

Interface & user experience seems to be good. A few small UI bugs. This application has a lot of promise, but as of this writing it does NOT support connecting to Business bank accounts which is a major issue for my firm.

Just started playing with this today, and I really really like what these guys are doing. Importing my freshbooks invoices was a breeze. The best part was being able to import all my transactions from Regions bank with the click of a button. Cant do this with Xero and Outright. This IS mint.com but for businesses (and I believe they are trying to expand upon the idea). Obviously these guys are just a recent startup and they have a lot of features that could be added but I have a feeling these guys will hopefully continue to innovate. I am going to transfer my outright to here and I will update a review soon. One thing to note, their support for older browser is not good, so don't waste your time if your using IE6 or something silly.

Very buggy and while the forecasting feature is cool, it isn't accurate or actionable. I recall reading that they are positioning this as 'Mint for business' - it is. Cool to see but no more useful than that. Use Outright or Quickbooks.
