I'm so sorry you had some issues with IACEZ. We would have been more than happy to help you with the bank transaction import. Our developers reviewed your support ticket and found the problem and corrected it. This feature is now working properly.

We were unaware that you had not cancelled your account through the normal cancellation procedures provided. Your refund was in the process of being done as your request for it was only a couple of days old. It has now been processed.

Again - I am sorry you had this experience with IACEZ.

They do not have their act together!! The very first thing I tried to do (import bank account transactions) did not work. I put in a support message. But I was suspicious. I did get a call back from someone who sounded very nervous and was trying to figure out what was wrong. They sent me a message that they had the problem fixed but I told them I cant trust them and to refund my money because I need programs to work when I need them. That was my first impression and it was not good.

So they refunded my money. One month later they charged my card. I told them to stop charging my card and return my money. They say I never cancelled? WTF?

Not only is their software unreliable but they can't communicate with each other in house. They have not responded to my demand for a return of my money. I may have to go to my bank dispute the charges as FRAUD!
