Google Checkout lets your clients pay for invoices using the popular online payment service.
How it works
When viewing an invoice, customers will be presented with the option to pay for the invoice using Google Checkout. Clicking the link will direct them to the Google Checkout website where they will be able to process payments using their Google account.
Get Started
To get your Google Checkout account, click on the Get Started link. Once you have an account you can set it up in FreshBooks by,
- Going to ‘Settings’ in the top right corner of your account and then to the ‘Online Payment’ page.
- Check off Google Checkout under the ‘Other Gateways’.
- You’ll be prompted for two pieces of information from your Google Checkout account: Merchant ID, and Merchant Key.
- Click on the Validate Credentials button to verify that you have entered the correct credentials.
- Save your changes!
Your customers should now be able to pay your invoices through Google Checkout.

Run, don't walk away from Google Checkout, now Google Wallet... I have been on hold for over 40 minutes waiting to talk to a specialist... why, because they put a hold on my account for "irregular" activity. They want me to send a copy of drivers license/passport/etc and a bank statement, credit card statement or utility bill to verify my identity. Not only that, but I have just been double billed for an item I purchased over a year ago. So I can't login to my account because it is blocked, but items can still be billed to my account. Seriously... and then trying to get this resolved is impossible, because you can't get a hold of anyone.
I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating this is. STAY AWAY!!!!
We have been using Google Checkout (now rolled into Google Wallet) for some time now and it has been a breath of fresh air for us.
Our customers complained so much about our previous online payment processor that we had to do something or lose customers - Google Checkout saved us.
We have been going strong now and have only had one problem and it was actually our fault and customer service answered our emails in a timely fashion and kept us running.
(I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because unlike many of the other businesses in the field - they don't have direct phone access to help - that I could find anyway.)

Get out of this provider they do not have phone support or email support. you have to go thru their website and all the question they have there do not cover all the problems. They also take more than 24 hours to answer any email. Google have a lots of good services but the support for this google checkout service sucks.
