GeoOP helps you manage your mobile workforce
GeoOP is a Mobile Workforce Management system like no other. One click job dispatch to any mobile phone, real time updates from your field staff, GPS tracking using standard GPS phones, SMS logging and much much more. GeoOP connects your operations managers and field staff together making management of the “Now” fast and efficient.
How it works
While your workers are on-site, they can keep track of any labour and parts that need to be billed out. GeoOP makes it easy for you to turn all these items into a FreshBooks invoice. Invoices can be created as a batch, matched to the appropriate FreshBooks client, or you can select which jobs to invoice for when you’re ready.
Getting Started
Click on the Get Started button above to sign up for your GeoOP account. To setup the FreshBooks integration, you’ll want to,
- Login to your GeoOP account.
- Click on the ‘Support’ tab, and then the ‘Integration’ sub-tab.
- Check off the box for FreshBooks, and then enter your FreshBooks URL and sub-domain.
- Click on the ‘Save Integrations Settings’ link at the bottom of the screen.

I came across GeoOP after trying around 10 popular time/job tracking apps online (which all had one crippling deal-breaker) - and, in conjunction with Freshbooks, for the past year my whole business has been run through this service. It ticks all the boxes for me.
This iPad interface to the GeoOP system is the ideal way to manage jobs, log time, pass notes and message customers while on the road.
The app is responsive and well designed, allowing me to quickly jot down what would have taken me twice as long any other way.
GeoOP offers a single point from which to manage clients, jobs, staff, messaging, schedules and invoice creation.
Client contacts can be imported easily, so do yourself a favour and set up a trial account - you may be surprised how well-rounded and cost-effective this service is!
GeoOp has helped our company tremendously! I have tried a number of other dispatch programs and this one is by far the best program. This program has allowed us to dispatch more jobs and track all pertinent information into one simple tool. I can tell exactly where every job is and what the status is at any given time. I especially like the fact that i can notify my clients, staff and service techs with very important and time sensitive information (pictures, documents, notes, invoices, emails, signatures, and even audio notes) on the fly. Before I used this program we were constantly in a reactive and stressful mode of operation. Our customers are also very impressed with our new Iphone and IPAD app. I've found the support from the developers and the staff to be extremely responsive. We have been looking for something like this for a while now. It's savings us at least 7 hours a week in admin time as all our jobs get dispatched to our techs iPhones and Androids with the standard charges already added. The techs then add any variances on site and then we simply push all the jobs across to Freshbooks to create the invoices. Our old system seems ridiculous now.
So far this seems very promising. I have added the iphone app, registered on the geoop website, and it was all very painless. i will add too that their website is definitely top notch, as it is very obvious that every detail of it has been thought out, and I am thoroughly impressed! Everything seems to be working good between FreshBooks, GeoOp, and my iPhone.
