Finally, a link from Salesforce to FreshBooks!

The FreshBooks Connector is designed for Salesforce CRM users who are using FreshBooks for estimating and invoicing. Each system has it merits, but until now working with them has meant frequent acrobatics to make them work effectively together.

With the FreshBooks Connector getting from lead to cash is now a lot easier. The Connector lets you keep track of client activity in FreshBooks directly on your Salesforce Contact, Account and Opportunity pages. Keep on top of your outstanding invoices, payments collected, and ongoing projects all within Salesforce. Create FreshBooks clients from Contacts and Accounts in a single click, making it very easy to send FreshBooks estimates or invoices to clients as your opportunity progresses.

The Connector also allows you to link Opportunities to FreshBooks invoices and estimates. Know immediately if an estimate was accepted or an invoice was paid all without leaving Salesforce.

Requirements

A Salesforce account (works with any edition).
The Connector free trial will work with the Salesforce free trial.
Does not require Salesforce API access enabled.

$50/month??? for a connector? you got to be kidding me. This connector is more expensive than the monthly freshbooks and salesforce fees.

Working with Hal and the Freshbooks connector for SalesForce has been a pleasure. When I email the team they get back to me within 24 hours. Of all the technical services out there, this team is by far the best. Don't worry about the price- it's worth every penny.

It looks like an amazing product but it seems very expensive for a connector. Especiallly given that many Salesforce customers are now using their free or low cost solutions. I would buy this but it seems to be priced at more than twice what it should be.

Firm Cloud was awesome to work with. They should make FreshBooks proud with the level of service they are providing the community.

I implemented the connector and was up and running in half a day. It worked flawlessly.

There is nothing more frustrating than finding a solution that you have been looking for only to find out that it has hardly been tested. This is a solid bug free application from everything that I have experienced so far.

I've have been using the service now for almost a month without a single glitch.

I looking into creating something like this myself... I am so happy someone else did it first!

This will really help my sales team to be up to speed on our clients, estimates, invoices and payments. So far it has worked very very well and my team is very happy with it.

Best of all these service that Hal has provided has been incredible. I had a suggestion and 3 hours later there was a new version ready to install with the changes!

I highly recommend the service.

I've been using this program since it was in Beta testing and was one of the first paying customers to sign up for the service when it was released. This thing has saved my company ENORMOUS amounts of time by completely eliminating the double entry work we were were doing when adding clients to freshbooks from our salesforce.com account. The efficiency gain was even more than we hoped.

The connector application works very smoothly, completely accurately, and is so nicely integrated into the Salesforce.com layout that I can't imagine being without it now. This thing is well worth the price and I would happily pay more for it if need be.
