30 minutes in and we have already converted 2 of our standard proposals.

Much love to Bidsketch for making this super flexible, brandable, and customizable. I like that I can mix and match sections and fees and then save the templates.

At Edit-Ability(http://www.edit-ability.com), we review each proposal in detail on a case by case basis. Our current process (albeit from the caveman days) is to take a master template (with every possible think imaginable) in a word document and then add and delete items.

Multiple revisions, multiple people changing the document, multiple changes....well, I guess you can probably see how that can lead to issues!

I think we can safely throw our word document out of the window! We won't be needing it any more.

Any thoughts about vertically integrating this? Like Adam said, this is not just for web designer. This can be used to quickly draft business or marketing plans. Any thing that starts from a template....

Found BidSketch through Freshbooks.. It's by far one of the best services I've seen around. It's already helping us to win more business.. It's easy, simple, and effective. Not to mention the author is amazingly helpful and responsive.

I reviewed several proposal and quoting tools before settling on Bidsketch for the flexibility and ease of use.... I was extremely happy to hear of the new integration for Bidsketch and Freshbooks. As existing Freshbooks users it made our Bidsketch account even better. And especially since both Bidsketch and Freshbooks listen to customer feedback.

Stress about proposals are a thing of the past for us now... finally! After a bit of setup to include the bits and pieces I needed most often for my proposals to clients, I now have the equivalent of Freshbooks for Proposals.... Bidsketch is an excellent extension of what we do everyday in Freshbooks allowing you to seamlessly go from accepted Proposal to Invoicing with essentially 1-click. The integration setup is EASY, just put your Freshbooks url in and your username and password.... that's it.... your client list is sync'd up and ready for both creating new proposals from your Freshbooks clients and automatically creating invoices from those proposals.

P.S. -- My favorite part is that Bidsketch allows for custom domains, something I'd love to see Freshbooks introduce at some point too! Oh wait my favorite part is the cost... $19 for an unlimited plan, unlimited clients and unlimited proposals... great value!

I just started using this integration last week and thus far it has been awesome. This is a great service and works well for business beyond web designers. I personally run an IT consulting firm and have begun using this for all of my proposals. I have discussed some things I'd like to see with the development team and they are very attentive and have let me know my ideas will be incorporated within a few weeks! Based on my experience thus far I would (and have) highly recommended this company to those I know that need their services!
