The CRM for web socialites

Integrating your FreshBooks account with Batchbook makes it possible to review invoices, communication history and social feeds, like blog posts and tweets, all under one profile.

How it works

Integrating with Batchbook gives you access to invoice activity. The Dashboard also gives you an overview of your invoice activity, so there’s no need to jump between FreshBooks and Batchbook just to check up on your transactions. When it’s time to start invoicing your leads, send your contacts into FreshBooks with the click of a button. It’s really that simple!

Batchbook - summed up

Batchbook is a CRM with a social twist. It has all of the features you would come to expect from a CRM tool; create and tag your contacts, log your communications, keep track of your deals, and report on the overall progress of your relations. Where Batchbook differs is in its ability to keep up with clients on a more social level. Take in blog feeds, or twitter updates, and understand your clients on a whole new level.

What other FreshBooks add-ons does it connect to?

Batchbook also integrates with MailChimp, ShoeBoxed and Zendesk.

Getting Started

Click on the Sign-up for Batchbook button to get an account. You'll need to sign up for a paid account, which include a free 30-day trial. Once you have your account, you can setup the integration by taking the following steps:

  1. Login to your Batchbook account.
  2. Click on the Sync tab.
  3. Click on the Add Service button and select FreshBooks.
  4. Enter your FreshBooks URL and API Key as well as the tag you would like to associate with your FreshBooks clients.
  5. Click on the sync contacts button.

The FreshBooks widget should now be visible in your dashboard and contact profiles.

I had questions of each product on this list i sent to their Support, and Batchbooks response was nothing short of incredible....even making a custom screencast video for me on my account showing me what i needed to know how to do. whereas still waiting on the others to actually respond to me, 2 days later! (granted it is the weekend) EASY choice, glad i went through the pain of checking them all out.

Batchbook by far out performs at a price any business can afford. Easy to use yet a ton of available functions. I'm considered a super user & I get frustrated when tech companies make claims & fail frequently in epic proportion. Batchbook delivers, & gets my free endorsement.

Guess what. The most important feature of all does not exist. Batch Books no longer interfaces with Fresh Book with API Options I thought that would be very important to know before I paid for a year of CRM service with Batch Book up front. When the company clearly knew from the beginning that I was a Fresh Books client and referral. We spent hours uploading leads and organizing our Batch Books CRM. Only to find out that the interface with Fresh Books no longer exist. With holding valuable information such as that, is the same as lying to make a sale.

I spent a lot of time trying to get Freshbooks to sync. It synced the very first time I set it up but has not synced in a week leaving me with inaccurate records, and I have to go back to freshbooks and gmail and my website to follow up making sure things aren't getting dropped.

What's the point if the integration doesn't work! I set things up so my webforms create users in Freshbooks first, which works great, Batchbooks is just dead in the water though. It's a shame cuz I really like it.

In our search for a crm that connects with freshbooks, i tried every CRM on this list of freshbook friendly CRM's. Batchbook was the best, with Capsule coming in 2nd place. But with Batchbooks social network abilities, a really clean interface, and including Raportive within gmail and connected to batchbook.....wow, you have an amazing product!
