Integrating with Batchbook gives you access to invoice activity. The Dashboard also gives you an overview of your invoice activity, so there's no need to jump between FreshBooks and Batchbook just to check up on your transactions. When it's time to start invoicing your leads, send your contacts into FreshBooks with the click of a button. It's really that simple!

It has all of the features you would come to expect from a CRM tool; create and tag your contacts, log your communications, keep track of your deals, and report on the overall progress of your relations. Where Batchbook differs is in its ability to keep up with clients on a more social level. Take in blog feeds, or twitter updates, and understand your clients on a whole new level.

Getting Started

Click on the Sign-up for Batchbook button to get an account. You'll need to sign up for a paid account, which include a free 30-day trial. Once you have your account, you can setup the integration by taking the following steps:

  1. Login to your Batchbook account.
  2. Click on the Sync tab.
  3. Click on the Add Service button and select FreshBooks.
  4. Enter your FreshBooks URL and API Key as well as the tag you would like to associate with your FreshBooks clients.
  5. Click on the sync contacts button.

The FreshBooks widget should now be visible in your dashboard and contact profiles.
